I would like to thank Charlie Medelline and the entire staff of Pacific Rim for making our special day so memorable. The professional staff went above and beyond to decorate and make our experience such a memorable event. The service was superb, the room was set up and decorated with such detail, and even provided a special menu in Spanish for our Spanish speaking guest. The food presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Thank you Pacific Rim for allowing us to celebrate our special day in your establishment, we had such a great experience.
Pacific Rim made our anniversary dinner a total hit, thanks to the amazing people who took care of us! The hostess—wish we caught his name—was super sweet, greeting us with a huge smile that made us feel like we were walking into a party. He set the whole night off on the right foot with his warm, welcoming vibe. Rosie, our server, was the absolute best! She was bursting with energy, cracking jokes, and just made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend. Her menu recommendations were on point, and she checked in just enough to keep things perfect without being over the top. Total superstar! Then there’s Charlie, the bartender, who brought the fun to another level! He surprised us with two free shots for our anniversary, which had us grinning and toasting to good times. His cocktails were awesome, and his chill, friendly vibe made the night even more special. Rosie, Charlie, and that awesome hostess made Pacific Rim a night to remember. We’re already stoked to come back for more of their good vibes!

Pacific Rim was a fantastic venue for us to celebrate a big 50th surprise birthday party in Hobbs, NM. The staff made everything work smoothly for us and all of our guests. Staff had organized all the seating area with a nice buffet style menu and then additional appetizers at each table for guests as they arrived. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Thank you to Charlie and his team for making this a wonderful memory for our family.
First time here, food was good. A bit salty but would return in the future if we are in town again. The rice was cooked to perfection and the salad dressing was the best! Staff was very friendly. Our server made sure we were taken care of. Shout out to Fernando C!
